Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Consultant, Customer Insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide domain expertise in client's business, technology stack, and data infrastructure
Consult with customers on platforms, data strategy, and audience analytics for cross-channel engagement
Collaborate with teams to define overall solution architecture and drive use case development

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Analytics, or Martech Strategy
Experience with digital marketing platforms and customer data platform solutions
Functional knowledge of Adobe AEP XDM data model and Adobe Experience Platform best practices
Experience working with large teams across multiple geographies and functional areas
Deep understanding of customer experience for B2C and B2B, B2B2C
