Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the fully remote Customer Insights Consultant will enhance the Voice of Customer (VoC) ecosystem by analyzing customer feedback, providing strategic recommendations, and identifying opportunities for improvement to drive meaningful customer experience enhancements.

Key responsibilities
  • Build strong partnerships across the organization to drive customer experience improvements
  • Serve as a VoC subject matter expert, providing strategic recommendations on best practices and customer listening strategies
  • Analyze customer feedback and experience data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Voice of Customer, Customer Experience, Market Research, Insights, or a related field
  • Experience using survey and feedback management platforms, with a preference for Qualtrics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
