Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Insights Delivery Principal to lead the transformation of customer feedback into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead synthesis across complex datasets to identify experience drivers and root causes
  • Translate findings into prioritized recommendations tied to measurable business impact
  • Craft executive-ready narratives and advise senior stakeholders on experience drivers and investment decisions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience in research, insights, and consulting roles
  • Demonstrated ownership of research strategy and insight development
  • Deep experience with VoC and/or VoE data
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills
