Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Insights Delivery Principal to lead the transformation of customer feedback into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead synthesis across complex datasets to identify experience drivers and root causes
- Translate findings into prioritized recommendations tied to measurable business impact
- Craft executive-ready narratives and advise senior stakeholders on experience drivers and investment decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience in research, insights, and consulting roles
- Demonstrated ownership of research strategy and insight development
- Deep experience with VoC and/or VoE data
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills
