Job Summary

Passionate about enhancing customer experiences, the fully remote Customer Insights Lead Consultant will design and implement Voice of Customer programs, analyze feedback, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and enhance key components of the Voice of Customer ecosystem across the enterprise
  • Design and implement impactful VoC programs, including surveys and closed-loop feedback initiatives
  • Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to identify opportunities for improving experiences and business outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Voice of Customer, Customer Experience, Insights, Research, or related fields
  • Experience with survey and feedback platforms, preferably Qualtrics
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly in Excel
  • Ability to translate customer insights into business recommendations and measurable improvements
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
