Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Insights Manager - Temp/Contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of the Voice of Customer (VoC) platform and establish a scalable infrastructure for tracking customer sentiment
- Manage customer surveys and analyze results to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Monitor brand and market insights, providing strategic recommendations based on external market data
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer insights, consumer research, or a similar field
- Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Familiarity with Voice of Customer (VoC) platforms such as Verint or Forsta
- Experience with insights tools and platforms, including survey tools and syndicated data sources
- Retail industry experience is a plus
