Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Insights Manager - Temp/Contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the migration of the Voice of Customer (VoC) platform and establish a scalable infrastructure for tracking customer sentiment
  • Manage customer surveys and analyze results to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Monitor brand and market insights, providing strategic recommendations based on external market data
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer insights, consumer research, or a similar field
  • Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Familiarity with Voice of Customer (VoC) platforms such as Verint or Forsta
  • Experience with insights tools and platforms, including survey tools and syndicated data sources
  • Retail industry experience is a plus
