Job Summary

To enhance customer engagement and inform product strategy, the full-time remote Customer Insights Manager will manage the customer feedback lifecycle, conduct win/loss analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface actionable insights.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively engage customers through interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather and analyze feedback
  • Produce regular reports summarizing customer insights and collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to inform strategy
  • Design and execute a win/loss program, conducting interviews to uncover decision drivers and presenting findings to stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer insights, Voice of Customer (VoC), or related fields
  • Experience designing and executing product feedback and win/loss programs
  • Familiarity with competitive pricing research methodologies
  • Proficiency with survey and feedback platforms such as Qualtrics and UserVoice
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
