Customer Insights Manager

Job Summary

As a fully remote opportunity, the Customer Insights Manager will manage client media performance, develop strategic recommendations, and collaborate with sales to optimize media investments for Lowe's Media Network.

Key responsibilities

• Create annual strategic learning plans for supported businesses
• Lead the Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients
• Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting and synthesize data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in insights and analytics
• 3 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics
• Experience with data storytelling and presenting insights effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI
