Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Insights Manager will engage with clients on the Lowe's Media Network to optimize their media investments, develop strategic learning plans, and synthesize data into actionable insights for business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Creates annual strategic learning plans for supported businesses
- Leads the Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients
- Serves as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, delivering strategic recommendations to internal leadership and external partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, Applied Quantitative fields, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in insights and analytics
- 3 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics
- Experience with analytical decision-making and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
