Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize customer feedback to identify trends and pain points for Platform & Interoperability customers
- Manage feedback data sources and create artifacts that support customer experience goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer insights inform product and service decisions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in customer or stakeholder relationship management
- Experience or strong interest in data analysis and manipulation, particularly with Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to explain complex product information and provide actionable insights
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- Experience with SQL and Qualtrics XM Discover is a plus
