Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and synthesize customer feedback to identify trends and pain points for Platform & Interoperability customers
  • Manage feedback data sources and create artifacts that support customer experience goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer insights inform product and service decisions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in customer or stakeholder relationship management
  • Experience or strong interest in data analysis and manipulation, particularly with Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to explain complex product information and provide actionable insights
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Experience with SQL and Qualtrics XM Discover is a plus
