Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an up-to-date perspective through external research on best practices for capturing customer sentiment
  • Provide strategic consulting to stakeholders on design principles and strategies that influence customer outcomes
  • Oversee the Voice of Customer (VoC) ecosystem and develop a long-term VoC strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in supervisory roles
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
