Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an up-to-date perspective through external research on best practices for capturing customer sentiment
- Provide strategic consulting to stakeholders on design principles and strategies that influence customer outcomes
- Oversee the Voice of Customer (VoC) ecosystem and develop a long-term VoC strategy
Required Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 10 or more years of relevant experience (Preferred)
- Experience in supervisory roles
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
