Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Integration Analyst III to lead data integrations and manage enrollment systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer conversations on data onboarding specifications for API and enrollment system integrations
  • Communicate technical concepts and negotiate integration solutions with customers and service providers
  • Configure and test API integrations while coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in systems administration and customer-facing project management in the health benefits industry
  • Experience with API configuration using Adeptia or similar tools
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database querying tools like SQL Server
  • Experience with enrollment or absence case configuration in benefits administration systems
