Job Summary

Supporting customer onboarding and integration, the full-time remote Customer Integration Associate will assist clients with setup, manage timelines, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operational execution.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist customers with installation, setup, and issue resolution throughout the onboarding process
  • Manage system setup, data exchange, and operational readiness activities while documenting customer requirements
  • Track onboarding milestones and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and updates
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Basic understanding of customer integration, industry principles, and terminology
  • Knowledge of standard office software and CRM technologies
  • Basic understanding of APIs, SFTP, and data exchange processes
  • Experience working with customer integrations, onboarding, or technical support preferred
