Job Summary
Supporting customer onboarding and integration, the full-time remote Customer Integration Associate will assist clients with setup, manage timelines, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operational execution.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with installation, setup, and issue resolution throughout the onboarding process
- Manage system setup, data exchange, and operational readiness activities while documenting customer requirements
- Track onboarding milestones and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and updates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Basic understanding of customer integration, industry principles, and terminology
- Knowledge of standard office software and CRM technologies
- Basic understanding of APIs, SFTP, and data exchange processes
- Experience working with customer integrations, onboarding, or technical support preferred
