Customer Integration Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Integration Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop production-quality integrations connecting Mia to EHR systems and other software
• Lead technical discovery sessions and serve as the primary technical contact for customers
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and maintain technical documentation and integration playbooks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or integration work
• Proven track record of building and maintaining data pipelines and API integrations
• Experience with Python and APIs (REST/SOAP), including authentication standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) is preferred
