- Collaborate with various teams to develop scalable strategies that streamline the customer onboarding process
- Manage integration projects, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to support documentation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical experience in implementing technologies and onboarding customers, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
- Proven success in designing and executing rostering, data analysis, and integration solutions
- Experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong project and time management abilities with a track record of managing multiple projects
- Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to handle shifting priorities effectively
