Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical experience in implementing technologies and onboarding customers, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
  • Proven success in designing and executing rostering, data analysis, and integration solutions
  • Experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong project and time management abilities with a track record of managing multiple projects
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to handle shifting priorities effectively
