Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Integration Specialist to ensure seamless integration of acquired customers onto their systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide newly acquired customers through the transition using established playbooks and automation tools
  • Verify and maintain data integrity across CRM systems and onboarding platforms
  • Analyze and troubleshoot customer challenges during the transition, providing solutions and support
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new software quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
