Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Integration Specialist to ensure seamless integration of acquired customers onto their systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide newly acquired customers through the transition using established playbooks and automation tools
- Verify and maintain data integrity across CRM systems and onboarding platforms
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer challenges during the transition, providing solutions and support
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn new software quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
