Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Integration Support specialist to manage client data feed support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide initial support for internal and external customers, addressing queries and issues promptly
  • Oversee the Client Integration IT Service Management tool, ensuring SLAs are met by efficiently responding to and resolving tickets
  • Facilitate the setup of new client standard feeds, collaborating with clients and internal teams for smooth integration
Required Qualifications
  • Technical proficiency in databases, SQL, XML, and web technologies
  • Ability to manage and resolve complex data integration challenges
  • Experience in service management and understanding of service level agreements
  • Knowledge of consumer content and online retail industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure
