Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Intelligence Engineer to build scalable intelligence workflows for their Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy account-level Slack summaries and translate product usage data into operational signals
  • Contribute to customer health scoring and develop usage-to-renewal correlation models
  • Leverage AI coding workflows and collaborate cross-functionally with CSMs and Analytics Engineers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in analytics, engineering, or technical roles
  • Working knowledge of SQL and strong Python skills
  • Exposure to data modeling concepts and familiarity with LLMs or AI-assisted development tools
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity
