Job Summary
Customer Invoicing Specialist is a full-time, non-exempt position responsible for managing customer invoicing, assisting in account collections, and resolving billing issues primarily for large accounts through online portal entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer invoicing and e-invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve billing disputes and issues
- Assist in accounts receivable collections and maintain tracking systems for invoiced amounts and purchase orders
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience required
- At least 2 years of experience in customer invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections
- Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Intermediate Excel skills required; advanced preferred
- Oil and gas billing experience is strongly preferred
