Customer Invoicing Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Customer Invoicing Specialist will manage customer invoicing for large accounts, assist in collections, and resolve billing disputes while ensuring effective communication between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective negotiation techniques with customers regarding invoicing and billing issues
• Reconcile internal and external systems to ensure all outstanding invoices are submitted accurately
• Act as the main point of contact for specialized invoicing requests and develop related processes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections
• Intermediate Excel skills required; advanced skills preferred
• Experience with oil and gas billing is strongly preferred
• Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required
