Customer Invoicing Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Customer Invoicing Specialist will manage customer invoicing for large accounts, assist in account collections, and resolve billing issues while fostering effective relationships with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective negotiation techniques and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoicing
• Reconcile internal and external systems to ensure all invoices are submitted accurately and timely
• Act as the main point of contact for specialized invoicing requests and assist in accounts receivable collections

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections
• Intermediate Excel skills; advanced skills preferred
• Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Oil and gas billing experience is strongly preferred
