Customer Invoicing Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Customer Invoicing Specialist will manage customer invoicing for large accounts, assist in collections, and resolve billing issues while fostering relationships with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective negotiation techniques with customers and manage rate discussions
• Reconcile internal and external systems to ensure all outstanding invoices are submitted to customers
• Act as the main point of contact for specialized invoicing requests and develop related processes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience required
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required
• Experience with oil and gas billing is strongly preferred
• Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required
