Customer Invoicing Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Customer Invoicing Specialist will manage customer invoicing for large accounts, assist in account collections, and resolve billing disputes while establishing effective relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective negotiation techniques with customers regarding invoicing and discounts
• Reconcile internal and external systems to ensure all outstanding invoices are submitted to customers
• Act as the main point of contact for specialized invoicing requests and develop associated processes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience required
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections
• Intermediate Excel skills required; advanced skills preferred
• Experience in oil and gas billing strongly preferred
• Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required
