Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Journey Analyst to support patients in their journey with a medical device.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patient/customer progression through the journey and identify stalled individuals
  • Analyze performance data to uncover trends and recommend improvements for conversion and retention
  • Coordinate recovery efforts for at-risk patients and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve journey gaps
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, sales, or related roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data tracking and reporting
  • Technical aptitude to troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is strongly preferred
