Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Liaison Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer functionality and gather information from customers and providers
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide telephonic support
  • Provide timely and clear documentation and communication

Required Qualifications:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse with current unencumbered LPN licensure in the U.S
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in various nursing specialties
  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Windows, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with a sense of urgency
  • Flexible to an ever-changing environment
