Job Summary

Customer Lifecycle Automation Manager, responsible for designing and operating lifecycle automation programs for customer engagement in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement lifecycle programs for onboarding, adoption, renewal, and churn risk
  • Build automated workflows triggered by customer behavior and product usage
  • Develop customer health scoring frameworks and define trigger-based signals for churn risk and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years in Customer Success Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, RevOps, or Customer Growth roles
  • Experience using AI to design or operate customer lifecycle workflows
  • Proven experience designing and implementing lifecycle automation programs from scratch
  • Experience working in SaaS or recurring revenue environments
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
