Job Summary
Customer Lifecycle Automation Manager, responsible for designing and operating automated lifecycle programs to enhance customer engagement and retention in a full-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement lifecycle programs across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and churn risk
- Build automated workflows triggered by customer behavior and product usage
- Own the engagement model for low-ARR customers through automation
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in Customer Success Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, or related roles
- Experience designing and implementing lifecycle automation programs from scratch
- Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments
- Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer data into actionable programs
