Job Summary
To redefine customer retention for a premium brand, the remote Customer Lifecycle Director will architect the full post-purchase journey, build a loyalty program, and create high-value experiences that foster brand love and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy to deepen customer connections and drive repeat behavior
- Build and launch Lola's loyalty program, including structure, tiers, and ongoing engagement
- Lead retention and loyalty strategy for digital products, partnering with Brand and Creative teams to design experiential initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years in lifecycle, retention, or loyalty marketing at a high-growth DTC brand, luxury brand, or top-tier agency, including 3+ years of management experience
- Direct experience building or operating successful loyalty programs or community-driven customer ecosystems
- Proven ability to create experiential, brand-led retention moments
- Strong collaboration skills with Brand/Creative teams and expertise in blending storytelling with performance
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in segmentation, cohort analysis, and LTV-based strategy
