Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of digital-first customer engagement initiatives, the full-time remote Customer Lifecycle Manager will architect and implement lifecycle campaigns, develop an AI-powered customer success strategy, and drive in-app adoption across the product portfolio.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and execute automated customer journeys to enhance onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Own the strategic vision for AI-powered customer engagement, defining customer problems and establishing success criteria
  • Define in-app messaging strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital customer success, customer marketing, or marketing automation in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record in designing and executing lifecycle campaigns at scale
  • Deep hands-on experience with customer success platforms such as Totango or Gainsight
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience integrating multiple systems (CRM, CS platforms, marketing automation)
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements
