Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for enterprise and mid-market telecom accounts
- Conduct market research to inform campaign development and define target demographics
- Manage marketing automation workflows and CRM data to ensure accurate segmentation and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Five or more years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably in telecom or SaaS
- Hands-on proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing and demand generation strategies in a B2B telecom environment
- Familiarity with telecom industry trends and customer acquisition challenges
