Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Lifecycle & Marketing Automation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and report on email marketing programs for customer and prospect engagement
  • Develop and manage automated, multi-touch digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage email marketing best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • 5 years of experience in implementing and managing Marketing Automation programs
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) and/or Pardot preferred
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and data-driven strategies
