Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of data-driven lifecycle campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize multi-stage customer journeys to enhance product adoption and retention
  • Build and manage audience segmentation and develop automated workflows for personalized communications
  • Define and monitor lifecycle KPIs, analyzing campaign performance for continuous optimization
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and behavioral segmentation
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven campaign optimization
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
