Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of data-driven lifecycle campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize multi-stage customer journeys to enhance product adoption and retention
- Build and manage audience segmentation and develop automated workflows for personalized communications
- Define and monitor lifecycle KPIs, analyzing campaign performance for continuous optimization
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and behavioral segmentation
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven campaign optimization
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
