Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Logistics Associate II to provide front-line supervision and administrative support for their supply chain solutions division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign work to non-exempt personnel and ensure daily operational goals are met
  • Handle customer requests and act as a liaison between hourly workers and management
  • Maintain attendance records, manage payroll/billing, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • At least one year of experience in a warehouse, transportation, logistics, or distribution environment required
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment required
  • Knowledge of transportation, warehouse, or distribution operations preferred
  • Understanding of DOT, OSHA, and other safety regulations preferred
