Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and account management in the Dedicated Transportation Solutions business vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service satisfaction and expectations
- Oversee staffing performance management and development of employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and state/local/federal laws
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field required
- One (1) year or more of direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required
- Advanced knowledge of logistics industry and customer/company regulations required
