Job Summary
Seeking ambitious candidates, the full-time Customer Loyalty Representative will manage inbound cancellation calls, conduct outbound follow-ups for failed payments, and ensure high customer satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer cancellation calls to retain customers
- Make outbound calls to address failed subscription payments and provide solutions
- Consult with customers on best practices for online identity protection and identify upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales or retention experience with a track record of meeting performance metrics
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage customers
