Job Summary

Seeking ambitious candidates, the full-time Customer Loyalty Representative will manage inbound cancellation calls, conduct outbound follow-ups for failed payments, and ensure high customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer cancellation calls to retain customers
  • Make outbound calls to address failed subscription payments and provide solutions
  • Consult with customers on best practices for online identity protection and identify upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
