Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Voice of the Customer Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional stakeholders, including managing insights dashboards and technology changes
  • Act as the liaison between the company and Voice of the Customer vendors for issues and enhancements
  • Develop and monitor insights scorecards to track customer experience improvements and support business partners with ad-hoc requests


Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in information management, business, mathematics, or related field desired
  • Typically, eight or more years of related experience in business information analysis or similar roles
  • Experience in developing and maintaining insights dashboards and providing technical support
  • Knowledge of Customer Feedback Management tools is a plus
  • Experience in data analysis, natural language processing, or machine learning is also a plus
