Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consultant, Voice of the Customer Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional stakeholders, including managing insights dashboards and technology changes
- Act as the liaison between the company and Voice of the Customer vendors for issues and enhancements
- Develop and monitor insights scorecards to track customer experience improvements and support business partners with ad-hoc requests
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in information management, business, mathematics, or related field desired
- Typically, eight or more years of related experience in business information analysis or similar roles
- Experience in developing and maintaining insights dashboards and providing technical support
- Knowledge of Customer Feedback Management tools is a plus
- Experience in data analysis, natural language processing, or machine learning is also a plus
