Customer Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for driving sales strategies, the remote Customer Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders to execute joint business plans and provide strategic insights for designated customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with customers to achieve business goals
- Work closely with Key Account Managers and retail associates to ensure compliance with client and customer standards
- Bridge relationships between the Key Account Management Team and assigned customer stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or account management, particularly in a retail or distribution environment
- Strong understanding of joint business planning and execution
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including buyers and category managers
- Experience in developing strategic insights and sales strategies
- Familiarity with the roles of manufacturers, vendors, and retailers in the sales process
