Customer Manager Associate

Job Summary

Managing customer relationships remotely, the full-time Associate Customer Manager will drive sales growth and execute sales strategies for assigned retailers through digital communication methods.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned AWG accounts through outbound sales calls and virtual meetings
• Sell promotional programs and distribution initiatives to independent retailers
• Develop strong relationships with retailer buyers and decision-makers through consistent communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Sales, account management, customer service, or telesales experience required
• Experience with AWG or retail account management preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
