- Support reference request fulfillment and track reference activity and outcomes
- Maintain advocacy profiles for strategic customer advocates
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales on referenceability of customers
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in a B2B customer advocacy or marketing role
- Experience with Salesforce, Seismic, Marketo SlapFive, and Gainsight ideal but not required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
