Key Responsibilities:
  • Support reference request fulfillment and track reference activity and outcomes
  • Maintain advocacy profiles for strategic customer advocates
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales on referenceability of customers
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years experience in a B2B customer advocacy or marketing role
  • Experience with Salesforce, Seismic, Marketo SlapFive, and Gainsight ideal but not required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
