Job Summary
Customer Marketing Coordinator is a full-time position focused on speaker sourcing for tradeshows, webinars, and field events, as well as supporting customer story sales enablement and gifting programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit customer and industry speakers for various events, managing outreach and confirmations
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive review campaigns on G2 and Gartner
- Support the customer story program by creating materials that enable GTM teams to showcase customer success
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in a marketing or customer-facing role
- Strong writing skills for creating polished sales enablement materials
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
- Proven speaker sourcing experience is a plus
