Job Summary

Customer Marketing Coordinator is a full-time position focused on speaker sourcing for tradeshows, webinars, and field events, as well as supporting customer story sales enablement and gifting programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit customer and industry speakers for various events, managing outreach and confirmations
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive review campaigns on G2 and Gartner
  • Support the customer story program by creating materials that enable GTM teams to showcase customer success
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in a marketing or customer-facing role
  • Strong writing skills for creating polished sales enablement materials
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
  • Proven speaker sourcing experience is a plus
