Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Customer Marketing & Education to lead customer adoption and advocacy post-sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale lifecycle strategy, focusing on onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy
- Shape and drive expansion strategies to identify growth opportunities and enhance product usage
- Lead the development of scalable learning programs and advocacy strategies to support customer success
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related roles in a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Proven success in managing post-sale metrics such as adoption, retention, and expansion
- Experience in building customer education and product adoption programs
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring impact and improving programs
