Job Summary
Strategically managing customer engagement initiatives, the full-time Customer Marketing Director will own retention and expansion programs, oversee email marketing strategies, and lead account-based marketing efforts in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute retention and expansion campaigns in collaboration with sales and customer success teams
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy, including email marketing and performance reporting
- Manage the global webinar program, from topic strategy to execution and post-event follow-up
Required qualifications
- 10 years of experience in B2B customer and lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform, such as Marketo
- Solid understanding of CRM data and sales pipeline, with Salesforce experience required
- Proven experience in building and running ABM programs alongside sales teams
- Metrics-driven mindset with a track record of connecting marketing activities to revenue outcomes
