Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Executive to drive engagement and revenue within existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute contact acquisition strategies within existing accounts to identify new revenue opportunities
  • Plan and deliver mid-funnel engagement initiatives, including events and workshops, to strengthen customer relationships
  • Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics and campaign performance to connect activities to revenue contribution
Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing, or a related area
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM environments, ideally Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Data-driven with the ability to track campaign performance and refine strategies
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
