Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Executive to drive engagement and revenue within existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute contact acquisition strategies within existing accounts to identify new revenue opportunities
- Plan and deliver mid-funnel engagement initiatives, including events and workshops, to strengthen customer relationships
- Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics and campaign performance to connect activities to revenue contribution
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing, or a related area
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM environments, ideally Hubspot and Salesforce
- Data-driven with the ability to track campaign performance and refine strategies
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
