Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own customer storytelling & advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and customer referral programs
- Drive customer communications & education by producing newsletters and creating educational content
- Build and nurture the customer community through events and peer-to-peer learning opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or a related customer-facing marketing role
- Customer-obsessed approach with a proactive mindset towards understanding customer needs
- Strong preference for candidates based in San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, or New York
- Familiarity with causal inference concepts or willingness to learn quickly is a plus
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is advantageous
