Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Lead who will build and execute customer marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs across various channels
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams to scale initiatives
  • Measure and improve program effectiveness while presenting performance insights to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B or tech marketing experience, particularly in Customer Service or Account Management
  • Technical knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels, such as Salesforce and Marketo
  • Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
