Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager, K-12 EdTech.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product adoption, upsell, and cross-sell
- Collaborate with Customer Success to design nurture tracks for at-risk accounts and mitigate churn
- Lead customer advocacy initiatives, including the Customer Advisory Board and production of success stories
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or B2B campaign roles
- Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience with customer communication tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Familiarity with the K-12 education sector and its unique audience needs
- Experience in creating advocacy programs, including case studies and testimonials
