Job Summary

To amplify the voice of Global 2000 customers, the full-time remote Customer Marketing Manager will develop compelling customer content, manage advocacy initiatives, and activate customer proof points across various marketing and communication programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop customer marketing content, including case studies, testimonials, and digital assets, while ensuring quality and brand consistency
  • Support the growth and activation of the customer advocacy ecosystem by coordinating customer participation in events and initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy customer stories across campaigns and sales enablement, tracking advocacy activities for deeper engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or related B2B marketing roles
  • Proven experience creating customer-facing content such as case studies and thought leadership assets
  • Strong interviewing, writing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging narratives
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI-powered tools into content creation and project management
