Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive activation and maximize customer value
  • Create upsell and cross-sell campaigns for existing customers through various channels
  • Analyze customer data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement lifecycle engagement programs

Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention, or customer success roles in tech, B2B SaaS, or startup environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and articulate key business drivers
  • Confident in presenting and leading discussions with customers
  • Passion for serving customers and a team-focused attitude
