Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a customer reference database to identify key enterprise customers
  • Craft engaging customer stories across various mediums, including case studies and video testimonials
  • Prepare customers to speak at industry events and track the success of customer marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer marketing
  • Proven track record of creating and scaling customer marketing programs for enterprise customers
  • Strong writing skills with experience in multimedia storytelling
  • Collaborative mindset and experience with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in B2B and/or MarTech environments
