Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a customer reference database to identify key enterprise customers
- Craft engaging customer stories across various mediums, including case studies and video testimonials
- Prepare customers to speak at industry events and track the success of customer marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer marketing
- Proven track record of creating and scaling customer marketing programs for enterprise customers
- Strong writing skills with experience in multimedia storytelling
- Collaborative mindset and experience with cross-functional teams
- Experience in B2B and/or MarTech environments
