Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or related roles, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS
- Proven track record of building customer advocacy and reference programs
- Experience managing video, written, and event content pipelines with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Empathy and curiosity with a deep appreciation for the customer journey
