Key Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of building customer advocacy and reference programs
  • Experience managing video, written, and event content pipelines with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Empathy and curiosity with a deep appreciation for the customer journey
