Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle / Customer Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of customer marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy to enhance customer conversion and retention
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and adoption
  • Analyze customer data to optimize marketing efforts and improve the customer journey
Required Qualifications
  • 4-5+ years of experience in lifecycle, customer, retention, or CRM marketing within a SaaS subscription company
  • Proven track record of successful lifecycle marketing programs in a product-led growth funnel
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription business models
  • Technical proficiency with email marketing systems, CRMs, and data analysis tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
