Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle / Customer Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of customer marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy to enhance customer conversion and retention
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and adoption
- Analyze customer data to optimize marketing efforts and improve the customer journey
Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of experience in lifecycle, customer, retention, or CRM marketing within a SaaS subscription company
- Proven track record of successful lifecycle marketing programs in a product-led growth funnel
- Understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription business models
- Technical proficiency with email marketing systems, CRMs, and data analysis tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
